Roberta Kaplan is the Broker and co-owner of Weichert, Realtors Sun Sand & Sea Homes. She has specialized in selling and marketing real estate in the Tampa Bay area since 1978. From dealing with developers, lenders, buyers and sellers, Roberta has developed her expertise in this area watching communities develop. Roberta was a principal in the development team that developed Crescent Beach Club Two and the Ultimar Community on Sand Key in Clearwater,
Florida. Roberta was an owner of Ultimar Realty on Sand Key, the predecessor to our new Wecihert office on Clearwater Beach.

a legal secretary to a large Florida law firm. Orignally from
Brooklyn, New York Diana moved south to enjoy the Florida
sunshine and beaches. She also spends her time reading and

Prior to entering Real Estate, Mike was assisting his father in the management and sales of Lam Auto Sales. Mike has received an AA degree in Business from St. Petersburg College.

Anabel is a Pinellas County native and has been
involved in real estate since she was a small child. Her father
was an original pioneer in land development in Pinellas County.
Anabel and her husband were developers of a condominium development
located on Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Florida. She loves the
beach and lives in a beachfront condominium on Sand Key in
Clearwater, Florida.

After becoming a CPA in New York, Steve moved to Florida in 1973
to take a management position with a publicly-owned company
engaged in real estate development. He stayed in Florida and the
real estate industry, serving in various capacities, including
chief financial officer, of several real estate companies.
Steve's wide background gives him an unusual perspective of real
estate throughout the Tampa Bay area.
